Chasen relocates companies' equipment and machinery to, within, and out of Singapore and around the region. Our sophisticated material handling tools are equipped to handle very sensitive machinery and equipment whether it is in Clean Room or “raised floor” environment.

We provide specialised conveyance vehicles such as air-conditioned & humidity controlled air-ride trucks to transport our customers’ sensitive machinery and equipment from point-to-point. Our project management services include relocation management, risk assessment and other engineering solutions for any difficult relocation scenario.

	Inbound Business For companies relocating their business or machinery into the country, we handle their equipment from the port, warehouse them in our premises if necessary, transport them to the site, unpack the equipment and position them for installation in the clients’ premises.
	Outbound Business For companies relocating their business and machinery out of the country, we move their equipment from the production floor, pack them as required, warehouse them in our premises if necessary, load them into containers and then transport them to the airport or seaport.
	Turnkey Projects Where equipment and machinery are to be relocated to, within, or from any country where we have operations, we are able to provide door-to-door turnkey services, covering both inbound and outbound services.
	Repositioning Contracts We provide repositioning services to established companies in the form of maintenance contracts. This service allows customers to reposition or relocate existing equipment and machinery within their premises at short notice.

Chasen, through years of experience, has acquired the skill of packing according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications. We utilise state-of-the-art packaging material when customers' machinery and equipment need special packing before being transported to their new locations.

Our customers store their machinery and equipment in our warehouse while waiting for installation or shipping. To accommodate bulky and heavy equipment, Chasen's warehouses are low-rise with appropriately constructed floors that allow cranes and heavy trucks access to the storage areas.

Chasen provides Total Logistics Management encompassing warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding services. Dedicated warehouse floor space is also provided for the property of specific customers, with a team to service each one of them such as planning and scheduling of item movement and procurement of packing materials.

Specialised Vehicles and Tools Chasen also leases out its specialised vehicles and tools. Our diverse fleet of state-of-the-art transportation vehicles and sophisticated material handling tools and equipment include - 40-footer trailers equipped with air suspension and roller systems for the transportation of movement sensitive equipment;
- Humidity-controlled air-conditioned containers that can be mounted onto air suspension trailers; - Forklifts with lifting capacity ranging from 2.5 to 16 tonnes;
- Loading/unloading platforms with capacity ranging from 3 to 20 tonnes;
- Air-bearing pads/rollers with capacity ranging from 6 to 40 tonnes. Under our stringent maintenance program, our vehicles are sent for regular checks while our tools and equipment undergo regular calibration and testing to ensure precise and efficient performance.

Chasen has the expertise to handle specialised projects involving the relocation and installation of extremely heavy, bulky or complex items, such as, installation of huge chemical storage tanks, RO tanks, chillers, cooling towers, generators, transformers, escalators and travelators. We design customised tools and tailor-made solutions to meet such challenges.
